The Vibe: Creative, fast-paced, and visual.
What the role is about: Content Creators are the visual architects of Rising Talent Academy. While our journalists handle the written deep-dives, our creators translate the chaotic, high-energy world of motorsport into thumb-stopping digital media. This role is all about taking raw racing data, paddock storylines, and weekend results and transforming them into engaging short-form video, graphics, and social-first assets.
If you spend your race weekends thinking about how to turn a dramatic team radio clip into a trending TikTok, or mapping out how a clean Instagram carousel could explain a complex technical upgrade, this is your zone.
What you’ll be doing:
Multimedia Production: Scripting, editing, and producing short-form video content (TikToks, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) tracking the latest storylines across F1, F1 Academy, MotoGP, and more.
Social Storytelling: Managing live-paddock reactions or crafting highly interactive Instagram Stories (quizzes, polls, Q&As) to keep our global community engaged throughout a Grand Prix weekend.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Working hand-in-hand with our Editorial and Journalism teams to pull key quotes or stats from their articles and turn them into highly shareable social assets.
What we look for:
A massive passion for motorsport and an eye for digital trends.
Basic proficiency with video editing apps (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
An understanding of what makes content perform well on modern social algorithms.
A collaborative mindset—ready to bounce ideas around a creative newsroom.
-
The Vibe: Analytical, accurate, and story-driven.
What the role is about: Journalists are the editorial voice of Rising Talent Academy. While our Content Creators and Graphic Designers focus on the visual and short-form side of the sport, our journalists dig into the text. This role is about transforming the fast-moving news of the paddock into polished, engaging written pieces—from quick race session recaps to long-form regional insights, technical analyses, and driver spotlights.
If you are obsessed with tracking lap-time data, breaking down regulatory dramas, or finding the hidden commercial and human storylines that the mainstream media misses, this is where you belong.
What you’ll be doing:
Editorial Writing: Pitching and writing compelling articles, race weekend summaries, opinion pieces, and driver features for the RTA website and newsletter.
Research & Analysis: Digging into racing telemetry, historical contexts, and paddock politics to give our audience accurate, high-quality insights.
Global Reporting: Pitching unique angles on global series (F1, F1 Academy, IndyCar, MotoGP, or regional grassroots racing) and utilizing multi-lingual skills to translate cross-cultural paddock dynamics.
Newsroom Collaboration: Working alongside the Head of Journalism to refine your drafts, hit editorial deadlines, and collaborate with Graphic Designers to pick the perfect visuals for your layout.
What we look for:
A deep, well-rounded knowledge of motorsport and current paddock storylines.
Strong written communication skills with a grasp of basic journalistic ethics and fact-checking.
The ability to explain complex racing rules or strategic calls in a clear, accessible way for fans.
Great time management and a proactive approach to pitching unique story angles.

The Vibe: Creative, brand-focused, and sharp.
What the role is about: Graphic Designers are the visual identity architects of Rising Talent Academy. While our Content Creators focus on video and social trends, our designers build the actual canvas of RTA. This role is all about clean aesthetics, layout design, and creating high-quality, professional assets that make our platform look like a premier motorsport publication.
If you are obsessed with typography, color theory, grid layouts, and transforming raw motorsport data (like telemetry graphs or track maps) into beautiful, polished imagery, this is your garage.
What you’ll be doing:
Brand Asset Creation: Designing high-end visuals for our website, editorial headers, newsletter layouts, and official community announcements.
Data & Technical Visualization: Turning complex racing statistics, championship standings tables, and track telemetry maps into clean, easy-to-read infographics.
Editorial Partnership: Collaborating directly with our Journalists to create bespoke article cover art, featured image banners, and custom graphics that elevate their written stories.
Marketing & Collateral Design: Developing assets for RTA campaigns, partner announcements, photography competition promos, and recruitment drives.
What we look for:
Proficiency with graphic design software (such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma).
A strong eye for layout balance, clean typography, and consistent brand identity.
An interest in motorsport culture, visual aesthetics, and livery design.
A solid portfolio or collection of design concepts (personal projects are highly welcome!).
-
The Vibe: Energetic, professional, and bold.
What the role is about:
Outreach Representatives are the face and voice of Rising Talent Academy in the real world. While our journalists and designers build the content, our outreach team builds the connections. This role is all about growing the RTA footprint, managing external partnerships, and engaging with motorsport stakeholders—from team principals and grassroots organizers to drivers and industry influencers.
If you are a natural connector who isn't afraid to walk into a paddock, introduce the Academy to changemakers, or brainstorm ways we can work with new racing partners, this is the role for you.
What you’ll be doing:
Networking & Paddock Presence: Actively engaging with industry figures, circuit organizers, and media representatives to put RTA on the radar of the sport’s biggest influencers.
Partnership Management: Scouting potential partners (like karting tracks, junior series, or media groups) and nurturing professional relationships that align with our mission of accessibility.
Community Engagement: Representing the RTA brand at events, coordinating interviews, and ensuring our presence is known at key trackside locations.
Strategic Growth: Identifying new opportunities for the Academy to collaborate on media projects, joint coverage, or cross-promotional campaigns.
What we look for:
A high level of confidence, professionalism, and the ability to strike up a conversation with anyone in the paddock.
A proactive mindset—you love researching and identifying new opportunities before they’re obvious.
Strong verbal communication skills and a firm understanding of motorsport industry etiquette.
A genuine desire to advocate for RTA’s mission and help us continue to grow our reach globally.
