PheonIQ We Racing: Karting Team Joins RTA in Official Partnership
Rising Talent Academy are thrilled to announce their latest partnership with none other than karting and endurance racing team PheonIQ We Racing. The partnership was announced on June 10th, with both organisations agreeing to come together officially to develop talent and create opportunities within motorsport. By working together, they aim to support aspiring drivers, grow the community, and deliver exciting projects both on and off the track.
PheonIQ We Racing, previously known as We Racing, recently announced their title sponsor, PheonIQ. PheonIQ is a technology-driven company focused on helping businesses operate smarter — combining data, automation, and modern digital solutions to improve performance and decision-making. Partnering together suggests a strong combination of forces for both establishments and looks to be primed for future results.
The Warrington-based team was initially launched and co-founded in 2022 by Matt Dajnowski and Ben Paton. The organisation has mainly focused on breaking barriers and nurturing talent on and off the track, and they are on their way to set new standards in the racing world by embracing diversity, fostering talent, and driving excellence on and off the track. We believe that racing thrives when fuelled by diverse perspectives, and we are committed to creating an inclusive environment that champions the development of every team member.
Rising Talent Academy strongly believe that partnering with PheonIQ We Racing will open up many opportunities for them while also providing support, exposure, and inspiration to individuals in the motorsports industry, including young talent, where together they will strive to make their community diverse and inclusive. They will look to work together on a variety of projects in order to fulfil this and are extremely motivated to deliver this to their team and their supporters.
PheonIQ We Racing have been making waves already since their founding, obtaining many sponsors and partners, which have added to their level of success. This includes brand ambassadors such as the likes of Racing driver Daniella Sutton, who notably competes in British Formula 4. PheonIQ We Racing highlights an important factor within its racing community and the industry itself, and that is by showcasing the importance of grassroots motorsports and how obtaining those skills can be applied going forward, not only in every karting race you participate in but also for future series. It builds the foundations and allows you to come to terms with how to develop your skills, how to maintain consistency during adversity, such as weather or lack of pace and also helps you to build the type of mentality that you need in order to continue to show up regardless of what happens each weekend. PheonIQ We Racing is a perfect example of this as they prove their skills through persistence and perseverance in their karting, but also off the track. They’ve begun to showcase more of their potential through their participation in endurance races, which require greater durability not only on the engineering side but also on the track. It is extremely vital during an endurance race to be able to maintain a mentality where you’re prepared to take on challenges that appear at any given moment and at times without warning, and then being aware of the fact that this could be something you have to deal with for the remainder of your race.
Recently, the grassroots team saw triumph in their first-ever 1-2 podium finish at their local track, The Three Sisters Circuit in Wigan, marking a historic moment for the team and proving once again that they have what it takes to move forward and grow remarkably as a team. They are establishing themselves in the motorsports world, showing that even with a small team, it is possible to take themselves to new heights.
Similar to PheonIQ We Racing, Rising Talent Academy looks to deliver exposure to drivers and other motorsports personnel, as well as create opportunities for others to get involved and have the ability to gain new skills that they can develop and apply to their preferred role in the motorsports industry. Together, we look to widen our perspectives and create an environment that is truly welcoming for all and use this diversity to learn and connect with others.
