Edward Glöckle: Racing Sensation becomes RTA Ambassador

We are incredibly happy to announce Edward Glöckle as our new Brand Ambassador. Edward officially becomes our first Brand Ambassador outside of the UK. This step represents a major milestone in Rising Talent Talker's long-term plan of becoming a truly international platform for all. By welcoming Edward, RTA is actively expanding across the globe and it reflects the team's constant want to grow.

Edward Glöckle is a German-Bosnian racing driver who stands out from the crowd, mainly due to his late entry into the world of motorsport. Unlike most of other drivers who begin their racing journey at a very young age, Edward entered the sport later than most of his peers, making his fast paced progress and development particularly remarkable.  Edward's determination and ability to overcome adversity has assisted him growing his career within such a short time. Edward entered the karting scene in 2025, and he overcame the criticism that many people threw his way, claiming that he was too old for this sport, and his perseverance allowed him to disregard these comments and continue with what he loves. Eventually, he started winning, and his progress is more than impressive. His great results are a reflection of how quickly he has been able to adapt, learn and apply his skills in such a competitive environment. His main goal for 2026 is to fully transition into endurance racing, a significant milestone in the career of every racing driver. Transitioning from karting into real car racing requires both physical and mental adaptation which Edward is seemingly able to provide. With this transition he also proves how ambitious and determined to compete on a higher level he just truly is.

In addition, Edward's story is also significantly important in terms of diversity and representation within motorsports, as he is a transgender athlete in a space where queer people are often frowned upon. He openly promotes trans visibility and by embracing his identity, he brings more visibility to the issue of lack of representation and motivates people with similar backgrounds to not be afraid and be themselves.

This weekend on May 2nd to 3rd, Edward will be attending the ACV Slalom, a camp consisting of several theoretical lectures, multiple test runs, and one competitive slalom run. For Edward, this is a great opportunity to learn and progress in key areas such as racecraft, technical understanding of the car and overall driving consistency. Experience like this is crucial in building behind wheel confidence and gaining the skills needed to compete on the highest level. The entire team at Rising Talent Academy wishes Edward the best of luck in the ACV Slalom.

With his determination and unique path into motorsport, Edward represents exactly what Rising Talent Academy stands for. As we continue to expand beyond our original borders, we look forward to supporting Edward on his path and supporting more talents from across the world.
